Management Team
Roger N. Dunn, Founder, President and CEO
Mr. Dunn has over 20 years of high technology industry experience, with the last 15 years at the executive management level. Prior to starting SourcelQ, Mr. Dunn built Toccata's technology and service offerings developing key partnerships with Microsoft, Adobe, Sun, and Apple. Previous to leading Toccata, he was CEO of Black Diamond Consulting, Inc., where he ran divisions servicing domestic U.S. and international high technology regions. Mr. Dunn has also served in management and chief product architect capacities for products developed by companies including Apple, KPMG Peat Marwick, Microsoft, and others. Mr. Dunn received his Bachelors degree from Wesleyan University.
Mike Dowling, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Dowling has over 30 years of executive finance and entrepreneurial experience. He served as co-founder and Treasurer for Micro Networks Corp. (now a subsidiary of Integrated Circuit Technologies), a producer of microelectronic components for the computing and aerospace markets,. He was co-founder of UniPower Inc, an Inc 500 producer of switching power supplies and served as the Treasurer of Harris Corp. Mr. Dowling received his Bachelors degree from Harvard College.
Charles Hubbard, Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Mr. Hubbard has been in high tech sales and marketing for over 20 years. He has held positions in sales, sales management and marketing, all focused on providing solutions to the Enterprise market. Mr. Hubbard's career began at Xerox Corporation's Office Product Division with the introduction of Ethernet-based office automation products. He initiated Apple Computer's first large-business sales program and held various senior sales and marketing positions at Internet start-up software firms. He is affiliated with Babson College, developing entrepreneurial programs for urban youth. Mr. Hubbard is a graduate of Boston College.
